Body language is most important because your body must portray what you are saying.
Large expressive gestures will add variety to your speeches.

Using the whole stage will let you share yourself with all of the audience, but make sure that your movements are with purpose and add value to your words.

Using props in your speeches will add emphasis to your subject because a picture say's a thousand words. Remember to not let the prop take over the speech but to just add impact to it.
