Mark Richards is the principal consultant and he has had over 25 years experience in management roles within distribution companies. During this period Mark discovered his people skills ability while managing many diverse groups. He holds a Certificate III in Business Frontline Management and relishes seeing people grow and develop their skills.

He has been involved with Toastmasters International, a well known public speaking organisation, for over 9 years. Mark has achieved Toastmasters International’s highest award, Distinguished Toastmaster. He has held leadership positions at club, area, division and district level within this organisation. He was awarded Area Governor of the Year in 2007 and achieved President’s Distinguished Division while serving as Western Division Governor in 2008. Mark has served as District Public Relations Officer in 2008/09, Leiutenant Governor Marketing 2009/10 for the District and is currently the Leiutenant Governor for Education & Training. He has designed and facilitated many training programmes for both communication and leadership roles.

Mark’s leadership and people skills are also prevalent on the sporting field. He has coached junior cricket and basketball teams and captain/coached senior basketball and cricket teams for over 20 years.

Mark’s ability to bring out the best in everyone is evident in all of these fields. He brings this passion into Confident Communication, to mentor and coach you to your desired goal
